As Coronavius continues to disturb the whole world, those who regularly frequent gyms are looking for practical ways to keep their body in shape even at a quarantined time at home. There is much work you can do at home with minimal equipment to receive full body training and yes, some cardio.

Burpees are home exercise king, according to experts.

While a house exercise cannot replace an intensive session at the gym and the tools found there as shocks or foot and footing equipment, there are many ways to even work and sweat in house conditions, according to the certified personal coach Bryan Goldberg.

Burpee is actually the body's landing in the pump position and then its rising rapidly into the air with hands joined together as the video below.
