While insects on a mattress or armchair do not transmit any infectious diseases, they may be disturbing and may even cause some health problems. From physical reactions, such as frying or allergies, to psychological effects, such as anxiety, stress and insomnia, these reasons are more than enough to make them unwanted in your home. Here's how you know if they're present at your house:
- Check for red spots on your bed or clothes. If the insect is wrongly oppressed by you, it will leave a blood stain. You can also find rusty spots. These are from your bed metals.

-Insects in bed have very bad scent glands, and if there's too many of them, the smell can be strong and unpleasant. So if your room smells like mold clothes or broken food, there is certainly a cause.

- If you see white spots on your furniture, they could be insect eggs. They are like rice beans and have a transparent or white color that is sometimes shiny.

It's impossible to see them with the naked eye. But it certainly would be better to inspect your room with a flashlight and a magnifying glass.
