Handwashing is often a fine rule, but what we do not think of is that bacteria are also found in objects that we touch every day with dirty hands and touch them again after washing our hands.
There are two objects we need to clean more often than we do - our phone and glasses

Telephone
It's always in our hands, inside and outside our house. We place it at the bar table (where others are sitting), put it in bags with other dirty objects, and then back to the kitchen table, on the couch next to us, on the bed by the pillow. But even in the face.
The phone is subject to a large contact with bacteria. Generally speaking, it was best to do a complete telephone cleanup and hygienize it just as we do with our hands when we go home or with our facial skin before we sleep - just a l or special antibacterial gel.
You can also use deignive napkins to clean the glass so it doesn't break. To avoid contact with your face, please use the spackerud option or headphones.

Glasses (the sun and optics)
Glasses are an accessory found everywhere. And just like smartpots and they have to be cleaned every day with water and soap to eliminate the dirt stored in the lens and the frames.
If not hygienized often, they can lead to an accumulate of dirt and become bacteria carriers, which we then put back into our hands.
When washing your face in the evening, do not forget to clean your glasses of water and soap (do not use aggressive cleaners for damaging the lens protection film - just pH neutral washers).
An effective alternative is to pass a piece of cotton immersed in mycellular water on the spectacle.
