Females are obviously less likely than men to grow up at work after giving birth, new research suggests.
The recently released report by British experts has found that only 27.8 percent of women are self-employed or work full-time three years after birth, compared to 90% of men.
The data also shows that women returning to work after the leukemia break are 66% less likely to grow in position over the next five years, compared to men.
In addition, 17% of women quit their jobs during five years after birth, compared to only 4% of men.
Researchers have shown that women still suffer economically as a result of their parents ' responsibilities.
