The recommendation for the suspension of these officials (Pak station commander, deputy police commander, police station chief and civil staff official) has been made in the interest of the investigation, and the same is being investigated by the IPK on suspicion of the same charges they have carried out the criminal work “Kerq use of official position or authority”.
This IPK move comes after confirming that the alleged murder of four members of her family and then herself, Valdete Blace was a member of the Kosovo Police, but had previously been suspended, while the weapon with which the crime was committed was an official weapon.

After reporting on the incident in Gjilan, where a police official was suspected to be involved, Kosovo Police Inspectorate, respectively, IPK investigators have come to the scene in the HINABujana municipality.
IPK investigators' teams in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor and KP officials have taken investigative action over the case with tragic consequences.
Based on these investigative actions and after consultations with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, Kosovo Police Inspectorate following the collection of information and preliminary investigation at the Gjilan Police station has recommended today to the Kosovo Police the suspension of four KP employees regarding the case.
The recommendation for the suspension of these officials (Pak station commander, deputy police commander, police station chief and civil staff official) has been made in the interest of the investigation, and the same is being investigated by the IPK on suspicion of the same charges they have carried out the criminal work “Kerq use of official position or authority”.
Further investigative actions in this case will continue by IPK investigators in continued consultation with the prosecutor responsible.
