He asks if this means that Kosovo can include Serbia as part of it in the Constitution, as Serbia has Kosovo.
He writes:
Full protests with Serbia!!!!
Is this because Serbia in its constitution has Kosovo a compound part of it, and Kosovo, we have to include Serbia as integral parts of its territory!
