Skender Hyseni violently attacks Vjosa Osmani: Rugova's Image Game Value

Hyseni said Dr. Rugova has played a capital role in establishing consensus between political subjects and these undeniable values, especially the Democratic League of Kosovo today, should preserve and cultivate.

In a few days, we will mark the 12th anniversary of Kosovo's proclamation of independent state.

Kosovo's liberation, in 1999, and Kosovo's independence, in 2008, would never be achieved without a unique will of the people of Kosovo, without a very special friendship of Kosovo with the US and with the larger European states, and without an extraordinary consensus of Kosovo's political leadership, where the historic role of Kosovo, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.

These three key values to meet Kosovo's main goals of obedience have shaken many years.

If President Rugova were alive, he would never believe that we have arrived at a political stage when we oppose or even reverse American advice and suggestions, for the main topics that will enable the long-term stabilisation of the state of Kosovo, just as he would not believe that we are failing to achieve, because of resentments, whims and personal agendas, to become together as Kosovo politics, with the aim of reaching a agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia, to normalise full relations between these two states, which will be built on mutual recognition of Serbia and Serbia.

Today we are marking the 21st anniversary of the beginning of the Ramboullet Conference. On February 20th, the 14th anniversary of the Vienna Process began.

In both these major developments for the liberation and independence of Kosovo, Dr. Rugova has played a capital role, insisting on respecting the will of the people of Kosovo, maintaining and empowering friendship with the US and the West, in establishing consensus between us.

These are the undeniable values that all of us in Kosovo, especially the Democratic League of Kosovo today, would have to preserve and cultivate.

It does not make any difference whether we truly love the good of Kosovo and its citizens.

President Rugova would reject such a game and misuse with all his powers!

The so much promoted and desired change from all of us can and should come only by unifying the political spectrum of Kosovo around the country's national fundamental interests. This consensus should be built in the Parliament, and this task -- how heavy and so weak -- falls as the first obligation to the ruling coalition, the Speaker of Parliament and the prime minister respectively.

Prime Minister Kurti, in his speech before being voted, said: “Follow the opposition would behave respectfully, without arrogance. No one will offend or insult. For my strong conviction the opposition is the necessary condition for power, it is the necessary condition for democracy, and it is the sufficient condition for criticism. Without opposition, power loses meaning, without opposition, democracy loses the opportunity, even without opposition, criticism loses current”.

When I heard that, I felt good, as it is rarely before!

Kosovo policy as rarely needs caution, caution, but also vision to be together in this vital interest that again connects Kosovo and the US, as has been the case in the war years and years of independence.
