New research says that people who take a nap during the day are more productive.
A study of 2,000 Americans examined their sleepiness preferences and personality traits. They found that those identified as "%napper" were also more predisposed to identify themselves as productive people, reports “Metro”, broadcast news.net.
They were also likely to be happier and safer 90% of the people who rest during the day said they were happy against 79% of non-registers, while 89% of those who sleep during the day said they were safe against 79% of those who do not sleep.
The survey, conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Mattres Nerd, also suggests that people sleeping during the day make a difference in your career ambitions, as three-quarters of them described themselves as being career-led, while only 55% of those who do not rest during the day said the same thing.
This is a very small study, not a scientific study, so more research needs to be done to properly examine the relationship between the eye and the success of the career.
Perhaps people who work early in working with high pressure are more likely to need a afternoon nap. Those who take time to sleep may have lower levels of stress and end up enjoying their work. We know, however, that sleep is very important for every part of our lives.
