Opposition concerned about the choreography, invite Health Minister to the meeting

In addition to institutions, the opposition in the country is seen ready to co-operate and provide its help in this regard. Today, the Commission for Health has gathered where opposition MPs have requested a meeting with Health Minister Arben Vitita.

MP The PDK, Bekim Haxhiu, said they expect at the meeting Friday the minister, the director of the Institute of Health and SKKUK, to discuss jointly the measures that have been taken for the protection and treatment of Kosovo citizens from this virus.

According to Haxhiu, Kosovo is very endangered by coronarys as there are frequent movements from Italy to Albania and from Kosovo towards Albania. And according to him, this makes the country exposed to this virus.

We just made a decision as a commission to invite Health Minister on Friday as well as the director of the USKKUK Institute of Health, to look at the treatment aspect, the subject of therapy, but also when it requires the isolation of these patients to see what measures they have taken and how ready to accept potential patients. [...] I think we are (are at risk) because in particular after the recent cases in Italy, the day that many of our fellow countrymen live and work there in communication and circulation between Albania and Italy is great, but also the communication and movement of citizens from Kosovo to Albania is also great and this is a potential risk measure”, Haxhiu said.

AAK MP Albena Resiti said they want to be informed correctly about the measures that have been taken so far by Minister Vitita, as well as all persons responsible as USKKKKKKKK director Basri Sejdiu and the head of IKSHPK's Naser Ramadani.

We, like the Commission for Health and Social Goodness today at the Constituent Meeting, although it has been a courtship gathering and opened the possibility of a meeting with responsible health institutions in Kosovo as far as we are prepared to protect from such a dangerous virus. We have on Friday scheduled a meeting where we will invite the director of the Co Institute of Health, the director of SKKKUK, and the minister, so that we can be informed correctly of the procedures of where we are as a place for protection from virus”, Resiti said.

However, the Democratic League of Kosovo's deputy party, which is in power, Ekrem Hyseni, said health institutions in Kosovo have been fully mobilised to prevent the spread of the coronary.

According to him, so far it has been relatively comfortable, but with the increase in cases in Italy, Kosovo is most at risk -- all because of the circulation and movement of people between the two states.

I think that the way of measures that have been proposed for not spreading is very important in terms of diagnosis I think that even there are measures made, I think we need to improve me, but what's important is fair information, there's a lot of information in that direction about how to spread and how to protect... so far we've been relatively comfortable until we've been added to Italy, and I think the rise of these cases is more of risk to us because Albania and Kosovo have left behind in Italy, and that makes the movement of people larger at the same time and grows that opportunity of this virus, Hyseni.

Otherwise, it is still not known whether Health Minister Arben Vitita, USKKUK director Basri Sejdiu and the head of IKSHPK, Naser Ramadani will respond to the Health Commission's invitation of deputies to provide detailed information about the measures the country has taken to cope with the corruption.
