Although no Corleone case has yet been confirmed in Kosovo, institutions have taken preliminary measures for any event.
The greatest threat facing Kosovo is considered goods by the state of China, which normally enter Kosovo through orders made <x0online” from the Web site for trade in various things, writes news.net.
However, Kosovo can be said to be safe in terms of imports of goods from China.
That's because after the spread of the Coronavirus, Kosovo has also banned the import of bees' hotness, which was the only commodity entering Kosovo from the Asian state.
Lamir Thaci from AUV, tells news.net that Kosovo does not import food products from China that are potentially considered subject through which the coronary spread.
Kosovo's “Republic of Kosovo does not import food products from China, which is potentially regarded as substances through which the virus can be carried, while we do not have imports of living animals. The only import was bee food and bees' hots, which we immediately banned for import. And that, of course, helps us avoid danger directly from the site of the virus's origin, that's from China”, says Thaci on news.net.
And for other countries there are currently no stops. Thaci says that according to risk estimates, there are no cases of distribution of the disease through goods or other foods.
He says that there can be only a ban on living animals that can carry a virus or a disease.
For other countries so far, there is no stop for food products that are subject to border control except living animals for which even in ordinary cases can carry a specific agent or disease. Based on the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Control) on which the European Commission is called, they have not taken protective measures for food and trade from China, and that until now (according to risk assessments from these institutions) there are no cases of distribution of disease through food or other bads”, Thaci said.
However, from AUV say they are seriously conveying WHO's situation and data, and the European Commission regarding food and trade.
Thaci stresses that AUV is ready at any time to be put into effect with all the capacities they have.
Anyway, AUV, in addition to regular participation in the committee established by the Health Ministry, is seriously conveying the situation and O data BSH, the European Commission and the EUCD regarding its food and trade. We, as the highest authority on food and veterinarians, are willing at all times to become available to prevent this virus in our country. All recommendations derived from the World Health Organization (OBSH) and the Disease Control Centre (ECDC) are prepared to apply in the part that belongs to our competencies as the Agency, like all countries, which are encouraged to continue strengthening their readiness for health emergencies in line with the International Health Rule (2005)”, he says.
In addition to measures in food, Kosovo has currently established strict controls at the airport for travelers coming from countries where the virus has become more widespread.
Currently, Italy is the state with the largest number of cases of coronary and the number of victims from this disease.
Otherwise, in Kosovo, as a result of the fear of spreading this virus, drugs and warehouses have remained without protective masks, while even those left unsold have fivefold prices.
The news.net reported earlier on this phenomenon.
