Foreign Minister Glauk Konjufca, after meeting with Italian counterpart Luigi Di Maio, has declared Italy remains Kosovo's steadfast supporter towards the EU.

Konjufca announced that economic co-operation between the two countries was discussed at this meeting, as well as information technology.

Among other things, Konfjuca stressed that Italy is helping Kosovo abolish visas and NATO membership.

We had a great appointment. We are happy to have him visit Kosovo. I thanked him for Italy's role at every stage of the state-building of Kosovo. A steadfast supporter for the entire Western Balkans in European integration. We discussed how to deepen our relations with strong economic co-operation and trade exchange between the two countries, direct support for the construction of peace and information technology”, he said.

“There has been a regime by Di Maio for abolishing European visas and prospects and KFOR strength and in NATO”, Conjufca said.

Italian Minister Louis Di Maio said the new technology would help prevent migration.

Di Maio stressed that Italy will help implement reforms. Among other things, he invited Kosovo to return dialogue with Serbia in order to pave the way towards EU membership.

Young people look for opportunities for the future and that's the new technology. This can unite generations to prevent youth migration. The presence of the Italian contingent mission, which is an example of Italy in the world, is essential. We are fully willing to cooperate to give everything we can to the end of reforms. Italy promotes and invites Kosovo to dialogue for the peace process. We will make the EU a facilitator of this dialogue that will give priority to European integration”, he said.
