Serbian diplomacy chief Ivica Dacic has estimated that the international community's lack of reaction to Tirana's announcement that it would be reconciled to Kosovo for the common costs of lobby for recognising Kosovo's independence shows the culmination of hypocrisy.
“This is the height of hypocrisy and an indication that they actually worry that the number of countries that recognise Kosovo has dropped to less than half of KB” members, he told Tanjug, the Bank Kosovo broadcasts.
