Appeal confirms the 18-year, six-month prison sentence Liridon Urukit

Appeal has confirmed the sentence of the Foundation Court in Gjilan on the 30.12.2019, where Uruki was sentenced to 18 years and six months in prison.

He's found guilty of murder.

The Court of Appeals found that the complaint court is not involved in substantial violations of criminal procedure provisions.

It also estimates that the conviction pronounced against the accused by the first-instance court is in line with the intensity of the social danger of the criminal offence and the degree of criminal responsibility of the accused as executed, and that the prescribed legal goal will be achieved by this sentence.
