The sister's brother was killed at the door of their home in Kodra on this Tuesday afternoon in Mirdit.
The victims are Vladison Philopati and Esmeralda Philopati (33 years).
Meanwhile, according to police the author of this serious event is Esmeralda's former husband, Fatmir Koleci, who is taught that he had just returned to Albania.
All this serious event is suspected to have come because of the breakup of Esmeralda Philopatitis and Fatmir Koleci's marriage.
Fatmir Koleci has been announced in search of police, and checkpoints have been set up throughout the area for his capture.
