According to them Vetevendosje will lead by over 50%, and the Kurti 2 government is on the way.
Activists of Albin Kurti's party have warned the Kurti Government 2, viewing it as a big victory.
“S along with Blerim Sa God ready for the grand victory. #Kurti2” government says in their inscription.
Meanwhile, last night the Constitutional Court has declared the decision to vote MP Etem Arifi.
The Constitutional Court has rejected MP Etem Arifi's vote in the selection of the Hoti Government and has ordered President Vjosa Osmani's duty to announce early elections in the 40-day term.
Otherwise, according to the Kosovo Constitution, Article 70, the MP's mandate ends or becomes invalid, among other things, if an MP is sentenced to a formal form of criminal action judicial decision to one or more years in prison.
Etem Arifi, despite being sentenced to firm form ruling, attended the March 25th session, where the government led by Albin Kurti of the Vetevendosje Movement collapsed.
He was also one of the 61 MPs since 3 June voted for the new Kosovo Government, led by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti by the Democratic League of Kosovo.
