Touch: Kosovo doctor who died of COVID 19 after infection

Ahmeti was an aesthetic doctor, and for several days he was being treated at QKUK after his health deteriorated.

News of his death has revealed to a family member through a Facebook post.

We received the sad news today about the separation from life of our uncle, Nijazi Ahmeti. Comforting family, friends and all colleagues, we will always be proud of your deeds, Doctor”, wrote Artan Maloch, his nephew.

Renowned Kosovo doctor Nijazi Ahmeti in his Facebook profile had left a message after infecting COVID 19.

He wrote that only those who have experienced COVIED 19 know what disease it is, until it called for caution.

Only those who have experienced Ovidian disease can know what kind of monster and villain is ... careful!”, he wrote.

Friends and family members have also responded to his death.

Among them is AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj, who expresses grief over the death of Nijazi Ahmeti.

We'll always remember him as a loving, professional man, as the most difficult man for Homeland, in the most difficult moments, engage in the Liberation War to heal the wounds of freedom fighters. On this occasion, I comforted the family of Ahmeti, colleagues, fellow doctors, and all who knew him. Nijaziu rest in peace”, wrote Haradinaj on Facebook.
