At the pretrial hearing with former KLA leaders, he has mentioned witnesses who, according to him, were initially afraid to testify, and now they can do so.
Starting with the appearance of witnesses who were afraid, who now have the courage to provide information, to the discovery of materials that were hidden”, the prosecutor said, arguing the continuation of the ZPS investigation.
On the other hand, defenders of many indictees have had remarks on continuing the prosecution's investigation, questioning the evidence.
