Every day when we wake up, we face a constant flow of decisions. Some choices are small and do not require much thought, while others take more time. All these difficult decisions constitute what is known as “the rest of the decision” and is more present because of Ovid.

The sound of the decision is a term used to describe the tendency in which people lose the ability to make good decisions after many difficult choices; it is a mental and emotional overload.
Studies in this area have referred to the case of judges who, having made difficult decisions, experience fatigue in the decision. In other words, the stronger we are to make decisions, the more difficult it will be to decide on future decisions.
Some of the common symptoms of fatigue in the decision are:

How has the pandemic affected? In some ways, the pandemic has reduced our choices. Pandemia has increased decisions, or made easy choices. Lack of a previous routine has increased new decisions. Before the pandemic, we all made our decisions automatic, but then everything changed. Now, people “will torture” themselves if they have to go out, if they have to dine in the restaurant, if they have to meet the family. The weight of these decisions affects the phenomenon known as “the rest of the decision”.
How can you avoid the fatigue of the decision? In fact, it is difficult to avoid, but there are some tactics that make it easier. Try to make the most of your decisions and create a new routine. Lower expectations. Push things if you can. Try not to deal with stressful situations.
