There is no magic wand to make you lose weight in the blink of an eye, so you must be conscious. It takes will, work, and commitment on your part. If you want to lose weight in the short and healthy way, you have to consider the four things below:
1. Run
It's one of the best ways to burn as many calories. If you don't like running, then you can choose a few options that offer the same outcome, such as bicycle or rope.
2. Eat often but small portions.
Consume more than three meals a day, but no meals that contain large amounts of food. You can start your breakfast with cereals and then consume dried fruit during the day. They give you the energy your body needs. The meal you have to consume completely is lunch.
3. Drink plenty of water.
Choose water instead of any drink, whenever you are thirsty. You have to consume at least five quarts of water a day. It is good to drink as much before eating, for it will make you feel satisfied without having to consume too much food.
4. Get enough sleep.
Nontime sleep or insomnia are a factor of weight gain because of your disordering. You should set up a regime and stick to it without forgetting that you should sleep eight hours each night.
