Police ban Serbian official entering Kosovo

Police have barred the Serbian official from entering Kosovo from the so-called Kosovo office in Serbia's Government, Milorad Arlov. It says Arlov was coming to Kosovo to distribute 1,000 packages of gifts to children, as well as six scholarships.
Their “political decisions and unreasonable measures have now affected Kosovo's newest residents, who will be deprived of moments of joy and holiday gifts, because Pristina authorities have begun washing accounts with New Year's packages,” said in the Serbian authorities' statement.
