Abarhoun was diagnosed last January with stomach cancer, while part of the Turkish team Caykur Rizespor.
The club's announcement said that “has learned the sad news of our former player Mohammed Abarhoun's life, who was being confused about this serious illness”.
Mohammed Abarhoun was a collaborator with Vedat Muriqi for a few weeks before he moved to Fenerbahce in 2019.
At the international level, the defender was part of Morocco for the age of U23, the team that qualified at the 2012 London Olympics, where it played two games.
