The deputy head of this municipality, Arber Ismajli, has told Express that they have made efforts to negotiate agreements with Kumanovo on oxygen supplies due to his lack.
The supply agreement between Kosovo and Northern Macedonia has been linked today.
The same has been made known by the mayor of Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri, who has said that the mutual support agreement has been established when one of the states needs oxygen.
