73 employees of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau are intermittent with the 1st of this month, without any preliminary notice, writes Metro newspaper.
Sources of Metro Journals show that director Sami Mazrek has cut off the contract to workers without even respecting legal procedures that are provided by law.
73 workers have been fired and no contracts have been continued, even though initially these reports have had to precede a decision by the Bureau's bodies for reshuffle, a new labour organization and a decision to evacuate workers with the relevant reasons and provisions on which the decision is based.
As shown in the document provided by Metro newspaper, no decision has been attached to reports made to workers.
For more, employee reports do not contain legal advice - the worker's right to complaint with this announcement.
Sources confirm that reports of the contract's failure to proceed have been distributed to workers without any criterion of selection.
And so, Metro is informed that one of the employees to whom the announcement was sent is at a break in lehoia, which makes a flagrant violation of the Labour Law that clearly determines that it cannot interfere with the work relationship, the vacation worker.
