Furthermore, he has invited all persons of women and men who were victims of these serious crimes to apply to gain the status and privileges of the State that come with him.
Similarly, the prime minister has come up against stigmatizers and silent engineers of victims of sexual violence, saying shame should be on criminals rather than on victims.

Victims of sexual violence during the war deserve our full support, our family, society and all relevant institutions. At the conference on the subject: “Progress and challenges in the process of recognising the status of victims of sexual violence during the war Kosovo”, reconfirmed Government dedication Republic of Kosovo for support of the process of recognition and verification of status of victims of sexual violence during war in Kosovo, so the victims feel their state's support.
I invite all those who have been victims of this terrible war crime to apply for status, and I invite all our society to support this process because shame is not of crime victims, but of those who committed these crimes.
