The government of the Republic of Kosovo announces the opinion that on the basis of information from Customs and Border Police, there is no evidence that on the official road ʹ legal, vaccines against David-19 have been introduced on Kosovo's territory, which are said to have been distributed to citizens in the north of the country. If these vaccines have entered Kosovo through illegal ways, then Kosovo institutions will take necessary legal measures against persons involved in this illegal activity, smuggling with drugs”, the Government's response reported.
The prime minister's office says Kosovo's <x0) institutions have had no official communication with Serbia's institutions on this issue, nor direct through the liaison offices of both countries, nor with the international community's mediation”.
Any medical product that enters the Republic of Kosovo must submit to import regulations, whether that donation or regular import, with authorisation and marketing for the product issued by the AKPPM (Kosovo Agency for Products and Medicine). If a product does not respect this regular procedure, it is considered an illegal product. While competent bodies take appropriate legal action”, it is said in response.
