The country will go to the polls within 40 days, since the Constitutional Court has registered that the MP's vote, Eem Arifi, pro-creating the Hoti government, has been invalid.
The Democratic League of Kosovo had established the new Government after Kurt's collapse in the Kosovo Assembly with a no-confidence motion. In Government Hoti had also taken the AAK and NISMA, thus creating a government that has been consistently fragile in numbers.
