The good news is that before bedtime you can eat light foods that help sleep, such as foods that help to eliminate fat. But should you use milk before bedtime?
Milk is considered a healthy source, rich in protein and calcium, but there is a problem. A glass of presleep milk has a high lactose content (the main sugar found in milk.) Lactose is produced by thin mucosa cells in the utero and is untended by milk in two simple forms of sugar: glucose and galactose, which are absorbed in the blood. High lactose content often causes problems with the digestive system.
So if you're lactose intolerance, you have to completely avoid getting milk before bedtime.
Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest certain lactose amounts, the main sugar found in milk. Not all people who lack lactose have symptoms, but those with them are called lactose intolerances.
People sometimes confuse lactose intolerance with cow milk intolerance because the symptoms are often the same, but it does not mean that these types of intolerance are the same.
People with insufficient insulin (insufficiently) lactose to digest the lactose that they consume may have many concerns. The signs that appear include:
- Mixed.
- Abdominal pain and breath
- Diarre
