According to Dacic, this court is different from that of 2000 for crimes in the former Yugoslavia.
The state will certainly help our organised approach to this new court, because this is not the same court that was in The Hague, this is the KLA crime court and the situation is slightly different than the last time it was”, Dacic said, answering the question of Socialist Party of Serbia MP Tom File.
Dacic stated that it remains the obligation to prepare documents and protect witnesses and everything else so that, as “said, we help bring justice to Serbian victims”.
Fila asked Dacic whether, as speaker of parliament, he would launch an initiative so that MPs could have a binding point on the agenda every month or once in two months, which would be dedicated to the Kosovo theme.
He said the so-called Assembly Commission for Kosovo should submit a report on the situation in Kosovo to MPs every month or every two months.
The file asked whether the government of Serbia would form an organ that would care for the course of the trial at The Hague against former KLA leaders.
