Boban was fired in March, following a public dispute with the president, Ivan Gazidis and éGazzeta dello Sport reported that the club must pay compensation to the former director.
Boban had pointed the guilt finger at Ivan Gazidis in an interview with the newspaper and was later fired because of this.
The former sports director criticised the club, which did not inform him of an operation involving Ralph Rangnick's arrival as the new coach, which later failed.
The paper found that Boban won the case against Milan, who now has to pay him 5.3m euros in compensation. /Periscope. com/
