The session for reviewing this subject will be held the following days after the Court handles the additional parachutes the parties involved in the case have handed in written form after the hearing hearing ended on December 2, 2020, and after all the answers received by the Venice Commission Forum pertaining to this matter” have been said by the Constitutional Court.
On December 2nd, a hearing was held by the Constitutional Court, in which it was noted that all sides had not been prepared to defend their positions.
Etem Arifi was one of 61 deputies who voted in favour of electing the Hoti government. For Albin Kurti's party, Vetevendosje, which was ousted by power, the Ashkali Party MP's vote is unvalid for the fact that he has been convicted of corruption with the court's final decision.
