Cakaya for National Union: It does not match political reality

Cakaj in a televised debate has said the idea of territorial unity between Albania and Kosovo does not coincide with political circumstances.

The issue of national unity does not match objective circumstances. We're in a very special situation. I have seen with Albania's policy reasonable for institutional co-ordination with Kosovo. That's why we're continuing the case of consulates in foreign states”, he said among other things.

Cakaj, days ago, was exclusively promoted for Gazeta Express, while he said he did not express indignation over Serbia's government's decision of impunity with the title “Honourary Citizen”, applied by the Bujanoc Municipal Assembly, while Albanians in this municipality offer support.

He has said no to coming to the political scene in Kosovo, flatly denying such a thing.
