How far can you have Caesar cut?

Some healthy women choose to give birth by cesareans when they have their first child, usually to avoid birth pains or possible complications that may have natural birth. At times, doctors recommend birth by operation so that the baby can be born without problems and faster. Caesaric births are not always due to health reasons.
