Behramay: Haradinaj is again proving an unworthy partner, with or without elections he can't be president

Kosovo is heading towards elections, not for solutions, but for a new political crisis. Instead of the parties guarding and strengthening political partnerships, the present are ruining them and the potential are undermining them. Choosing the new president is not the most unknown equation.
