Many cases are easy, and it can get better without treatment. But some cases may be so severe that hospitalization and current pandemic may be required is something to be avoided.
How can you avoid food poisoning at holidaytime?
A study published in the U.S. National Medical Library National Institutes of Health researched advice to avoid food poisoning.
The study listed the main points to remember which include:
Avoid uncleaned milk and fruit juices
Cook food fully, especially red meat, birds, and eggs
Foods not cooked before eaten, such as fresh trees and vegetables, must be rinsed under running water
Wash your hands with hot water and soap before and after preparing food
Protect Your Food From Insects and Animals
A hydrated attitude is one of the most important things a person can do to help poison food
Anyone can receive food poisoning, but some groups of people are more likely to get sick and have a more serious illness, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention noted.
The site added: “Their ability to fight germs and disease is not so effective for various reasons”.
These groups include:

Children Less Than Five
