The US Embassy reports that the two ambassadors stressed America's pledge to bring all war criminals to justice, regardless of nationality.
“on December 14th, ambassador-general for the Global Criminal Justice Office, Morse H. Tan and Ambassador Costet met with State Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi and prosecutors from the War Crimes Department at the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's Office (PSRK), including Chief Blerim Isufaj. Both ambassadors reaffirmed the United States' pledge to bring all war criminals to justice, regardless of their nationality. Ambassador Costett said “to injustice is more to justice”. As Ambassador Tan spoke about the disturbing challenges he faces P The SRK in meeting these important issues”, said the American Embassy communiqué.
On the other hand, Lumez has informed the ambassadors of several steps taken in connection with the war crimes investigation.
