Many factors in population welfare, such as physical activity or stress management, such as Japan, remain among the most important.
You might think that a list of food approved by the Blue Zones (so called long-lived countries) is filled with exotic and difficult food to find, but Dan Buettner, life expectancy expert and book author, says there are some very simple, healthy and nutritious possibilities you can find at any store.
He even says that some of them can be kept on freezing, and you can consume them whenever you want.
There are five basic foods that shouldn't be missed in your house:
1. Fruits
Dan recommends raising fruit for a longer time. He then suggests adding honey and yogurt.
Besides the fibers, fruit contains quatrains, which play a key role in the intestine and immune health”.
2. Permes
And vegetables are on the list.
One of the easiest ways to cook is to bake in the oven with olive oil, garlic, and spices.
What you include on the list: Spinach, brocholi, florist, pumpkin, growl, etc.
3. Bread
Buettner suggests always having integrating bread at home (or simple).
He suggests making a toast with avocados or other nationings.
4. Dry fruit
Dry fruit can also be frozen for later use, preventing oils from becoming weak.
Experts say you should eat two handfuls of dried fruit every day, as this helps reduce the risk of heart attack, cancer and other health issues.
5. Total universes
With cereal you can cook meals, between small meals during the day and experiment with different recipes. A “classical” holds all the hot chocolate and fruit upstairs.
