Annie, still a high school student, Ylka Domi, joined the Kosovo Liberation Army.

And on May 7th, in fierce combat with Serb forces here in Chabrat, it dropped heroicly, becoming from the newest witnesses to the UCK war.

According to her mother, she could not accept her death otherwise.

Yllke's mother, love, is not easy to talk about a witness daughter.

While he says it was initially told that Yllka was injured.

16-year-old Yllka Domi was in her senior year of high school, and was one of the most distinguished students.

But in that desire to see the free country, she triumphed over it to graduate.

And at the school “Mazum Kapuska”, Ylka Dom's poems and writings are now preserved inside this book.

History professor Kemeel Cameri recalls the moments when Yllka was a young woman who was constantly interested in subjects that touched national issues.

But Serbs did more than just kill Yllke.

They lost every trace of the crime, exhumed her body and many Albanians in Gjakova.

Yllka Dom's body was later found inside a mass grave in Belgrade's Batajnica.

She was buried in 2003, in the tomb of the martyrs of Chabrat.
