The vision is a very important process that requires at least 50% of brain functions. Seeing becomes difficult and weakened over the years, but so does staying in front of the computer or television for hours. However, it can be strengthened through some simple exercise that needs to be done if you constantly tire out.
Focus Close and Far
Put your thumb at a distance of 25cm in front of your eyes and focus on it in 1015 seconds. Focus on an object that's 5-6 meters away and keep your eye on it in 1015 seconds. Then focus on a much farther object for another 15 seconds.
An Eye Move on the Side
Look with the tail of the eye without moving the head, once to the left and once to the right. Move the baby on every side for 5 times, and repeat this exercise five times in a row.
View Up and Down
Look up and down and keep your focus. Move your eyes up five times and down with alternatives. You have to repeat this exercise three times.
Circle movement of the eyes
Turn your eyes five times by clockwise and against them.
Repeat this exercise three times.
An Eye
Pulse your eyes often, 10-15 times in a minute. You have to repeat this exercise in two minutes.
Eye Covering
Sit in a dark room and cover your eyes with the palms of your hands. Take a deep breath and feel comfortable in the dark. This exercise is needed to calm the optic nerve and need to be done in five minutes.
