New Study: People who consume this food can live longer!

Scientists observed 4,729 studies of hot peppers, including four major studies that examined the health implications of the consumption of spicy fruit (yes, fruit).
The team then examined the health and diet data of some 570,000 people who span Italy, Iran, China, and the United States in an effort to compare the health of those who regularly consume hot peppers with those who rarely or never eat them.
In general, the study concluded that people who consume peppers are less likely to die from cancer or heart problems, with a relative reduction in 26% of cardiovascular mortality, 23% reduced cancer mortality and 25% of total mortality.
Bo Xu, the lead author of study and cardiologist, explained about The Independent:
“We were surprised to find that in these studies published earlier, regular consumption of hot pepper was associated with a general reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease and mortality from all causes. ”
This emphasizes that dietary factors can play an important role in general health.
However, he continued to add:
“Arsyet and exact mechanisms that can explain our findings, however, are currently unknown. Hence, it is impossible to say ultimately that eating more of the pepper can extend life and reduce deaths, especially from cardiovascular or cancer factors”, Xu continued.
More research is needed, especially evidence from accidentally controlled studies, to confirm these preliminary findings.
As a result of the analysis of a number of different studies conducted by a number of different international groups, the amount and type of consumed peppers differed greatly, which makes it impossible to determine how much spicy taste it is needed or what is the specific type of hot pepper that contributes most to the alleged health benefits.
The team is continuing its research on the effects of hot pepper consumption and after completing their data analysis, full work is expected to be published.
