Former Serbian prosecutor shows how he helped Hague with witnesses against KLA

Serbia's prosecution has helped The Hague Special Prosecutor establish charges against members of the Kosovo Liberation Army. This has been done by technically co-operating with The Hague's Specialised Prosecutor's Office on Witness Security. The person involved directly in [...] has confirmed this.
The person who has been directly involved in co-operation with The Hague, Dragoljub Stankovic, has confirmed this.
Stankovic, who is currently retired prosecutor, has indicated that he has allowed Hague investigators to interview hundreds of witnesses in Serbia.
My task was to find witnesses, encourage them and convince them to give statements to the Special Prosecutor. I didn't participate in interviews and I don't know who they questioned as witnesses or victims”, Stankovic said, writes Tanjug.
Stankovic has said he has encouraged Serbs to speak, as in his opinion it is good for Serbia.
This statement by Stankovic comes to the brink of some of the top KLA leaders have travelled to The Hague after confirming the charges.
