All day long, we hear and get different news, and we want so this affects our state of mind and level of stress. What you might know is there's nothing a glass of wine can't solve. Sit in front of the TV, a glass of red wine, a facial mask, a good show, and that's it.
In addition to pleasure, there are many other reasons why you should not share wine from the table, and most of them are related to physical health!
1.
Can keep allergies under control
Sounds weird, but it's true. In a full of 80 studies recently published in the magazine Diseases, researchers concluded that antioxidants found in red wine can reduce symptoms of allergies and asthma. Further research is needed to confirm this conclusion, but red wine is very promising.
2.
Risks of Heart Disease
A study conducted in 2007 has suggested that some components found in red grapes help promote cardiovascular health. The wine produced in Southwest France and Sardinia, where people have a higher life span, have in their composition greater amounts of this ingredient. Another Harvard study found that wine lovers are less likely to suffer heart attack.
3.
Improve Your Eye Health
A study conducted in Iceland has revealed that moderate red wine drinkers have 32% less chance of suffering cataracts than those who do not consume wine.
4.
Lower the Risk of Cancer
According to the University of Virginia, a protein found in grape skin can kill cancer cells. Resveratrol can kill these cells by blocking the development of the protein that feeds them.
5.
Improves Dental Health
Antioxidants found in red wine slow the development of bacteria in the mouth and also of the kaspatia.
6.
Lower cholesterol Level
Rich varieties in the fiber can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Healthy participants in a study were given grape supplements found in red wine. They saw a 9% drop in cholesterol “bad” blocking arteries. Participants with high cholesterol levels had a 12% drop.
7.
Helping to Avoid Cooling
Thanks to antioxidants in red wine, those who drink nearly 14 cups of red wine a week have 40% less chance of cooling.
