U.d. adviser to Kosovo President Faton Peci has retaliated to LDK leader Isa Mustafa after he has declared that he accepts Osman for president of the country.
In a Facebook post, Peci said Osman, according to him, has done exactly what the constitution asks him to do.
“UD. President Osmani is there under the constitutional obligation and this should be an honor for everyone. She's not alone. There are nearly 200 thousand votes, which give legitimacy to representation”, he wrote among other things.

All of us, especially those involved in making laws, should know that exercising a state function is not a matter of desire but a constitutional obligation. In the case of the president's position, this obligation is multiple, because unlike the prime minister's position of the Parliament Speaker, the president does not have vices, who could replace him. So, it's not allowed to have an institutional vacuum for an hour, you leave it for longer. So, UD. President Osmani has done exactly what the constitution asks him to do.
Since some treat the constitution and laws as “the plastic”, such a resounding is understandable! But remember, institutional tradition does not build on the emotional basis of the created situations. He liked somebody or not, U.D. President Osmani is there under the constitutional obligation and this should be an honor for everyone. She's not alone. There are nearly 200 thousand votes, which give legitimacy to representation. The state cannot remain hostage to the hate-filled approach that certain persons, both within and outside politics, have towards Mrs. Osman. The holiday transfer is a democratic standard, so it's a lesson you should not overlook.
