The increase in cases has also affected the educational process, where nearly 400 teachers have been infected in just four days.
That's how they made it known about Periscope, MAS spokeswoman, Kukaj Sunella.
Kukaj has said that between November 16th and 20th, 379 teachers have been infected, 225 students and 47 are from school staff.
From the latest report of the Education Inspectorate for Educators, students and staff infected in schools, over the period 16.11.20, 20,2020 in all municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, we have this data:
379 infected teachers and 149 healed,
47 infected and 21 healed,
225 infected students and 64 cured”, said by MAS.
And so far, schools are respecting the instructions of the KAS, KSH, and IKSHPK. Exactly, they're operating based on the MAS General Guide for the organisation of instruction in pandemic conditions, and the response protocol to the pandemic video. Schools are not closing, but the lesson is being organised in a comprehensive framework under three scenarios based on the virus situation. Online and remote learning are available for students who are currently holding lessons according to scenario C and the combined B. Until any other Government decision, the Ministry of Education has envisioned the organisation of instruction under the general guide drafted by MAS, the general guide for organising teaching in pandemic conditions and response protocol to video 19, along with all other documents.”, she said./Periscopi/
