The menstrual cup is a soft silicon product that is placed inside the vagina to collect blood from the period.
It's used in place of menstrual napkins or tampons. The menstrual cup is in various sizes depending on the blood you lose or whether you are born or not. The menstrual cup is used as a tampon, but you can use it several times after washing and disinfecting it very well.
In order to avoid infection, you must wash the cup at least 2 times a day (at least 1 times in 12 hours).
Once the cycle is over, boil the cup into a pot of water, you can pour some salt and apple vinegar for better cleaning. The cup must be stored in a very clean and dry place until the moment of its use.
You can keep the cup even if you are a sportswoman, go to the gym, or engage in other physical activities. The cup is also used at night.
The menstrual cup can be used by all females with the menstrual cycle, since it does not tear off the hymen core.
