LDKIaj's Manaj is invited to the public constitutional hearing in the case of Etem Arifi, rejected by colleagues

This case, which has been submitted to the Constitutional Court nearly six months ago, has yet to receive epilogue.
The chairman of the Commission for Legislation, Rock Manaj, has been invited to attend this session.
VV deputy Dimal Basha has said that the chairman of this commission should not go to the public hearing.
Manaj, however, has said he does not refuse the Constitutional Court's invitation for participation in this session.
Evgent Thaci said he expected Manaj to say I'm not going there.
You as chairman of the Commission don't have the consensus and I think you should attend that session”.
Initiative MP Andrew Shala has said that Manaj may be present at the session only as MP and not as the Commission's representative.
“...your position may be as an MP, but not as a position of the Commission, so where I had asked not to become the case of MP Arfiti who could not be present at that session”.
VV deputy Artan Abrashi has said Manaj has been summoned to that session in the quality of the chairman of this Commission.
“Which will be your position as chairman of this Commission at that session, let's open this debate”.
Manaj has later said I will submit the Commission's position on the matter.
“...if I'm asked the position of MP I'll give you what I said before”
The Commission has formed a working group to review proposals for lawyers' exam candidates.
MP Basha has proposed to form a working group to fully review the apps of the proposed candidates.
And his co-party, MP Artan Abrashi, said Oda of the Lawyers has expressed concern that there are no representative candidates.
But according to Chairman Manaj, Dastrit Pallaska is a lawyer who can be considered a representative.
And AAK deputy Donika Kadaj-Bujupi has said she needs additional research and candidate work experience.
The Commission has confirmed the competition for selecting a member from the Civil Society of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
