This request of the Initiative came after statements by special officials, who have declared that anyone who committed crimes will be punished
The “based on the statement of Efourna Trradafilova that has said that anyone who committed crimes will be held accountable. The initiative requires the prosecution to clarify whether there has been co-operation with the Specialised Chambers.
“Starting with the fact that specialised rooms are part of the Republic of Kosovo we want to know what the level of co-operation is. How many files did the prosecution send to special court offices?

“Nisma requires that Specialised Chambers officials know that they have been aware of Milovan Shit's implications in killing Albanians. We consider that the time of promises that specialised rooms will whitewash the cases has passed, we expect concrete action”, the Sheriff said.
