A week ago, Gucci announced that he would publish “Overture of Something That Never Ended”, a seven series mini-serial showing Italian actress Sylvia Calderoni's adventure as he wanders through the streets of Rome.
At the end of May, Gucci's artistic director, Alessandro Michelle, said: “I will abandon the tiring ritual of seasonal performances to start a new cadence, closer to my approach. We'll meet only twice a year to present chapters of a new story,” he wrote. Michele promised a “univers otherwise”.
GucciFest was an attempt to remind us of our lives before quarantine, before the Coronavirus, but at the same time giving an approach to the beautiful things in life.
