This response came after media reports that troops of Albanians killed during the 1998-99 war have been found at a mass cemetery in Serbia, near the border with Kosovo.
Anyone who committed war crimes, regardless of ethnic affiliation, must be brought to justice. Period. But justice should not be seen through a prism from which only one ethnicity can pass. For now, it seems that this is happening in Kosovo with the Special Court, and something must change”, says a statement in the Twitter account of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives.
“They are still finding bodies buried in Serbia, victims of (Milosevic's campaign for ethnic cleansing in Kosovo”, said further.
On November 16th, near Raska in Serbia, mortar remains have been found, allegedly belonging to Albanian victims from Kosovo.
Information on the discovery of mortore remains in Kizevac, near the Kosovo border, initially on 16 November, revealed the director of the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina, Edsim Gerjaliu.
The same location was unearthed in 2015.
