Equipment: 8 red peppers, 1 cup of apple vinegar, 152 cups of oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, 5 nippers of garlic, 8 pieces of parsley.
Preparation: First clean the peppers and remove the seeds well, then cut the peppers off with a knife as you see it in the video. Then we take a kitchen container, and we'll add a glass of apple vinegar, half a cup of oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, but you can add normal salt.
We mix the vinegar of the apple with oil well until it boils and melts the salt, as we add peppers and fill them with spoons, close the container with the lid, and leave them to soften for a little bit for five minutes later with a spoon, and seal the container with a lid for another five minutes.

We remove the lid and mix the peppers a little with spoons, then we add 5 to the peppers, eight strips of garlic, eight pieces of parsley in sheets as you like, and we mix them with peppers for 2-3 minutes and then we stop the temperature.

Once the peppers are ready we get three jars and we load them up with peppers as you see it in the video, then we add a little bit of the leftover juice where the peppers are prepared and then we close the jars with the lid around the other side as you see them in the video.

We let them stay that way for one night and then the pickles are ready to consume, a very easy and tasty recipe.
Enjoy.
