Behgjet Pacolli sends to Prime Minister Edi Rama a letter: our “Combi is under attack”

He has asked Prime Minister Rama “to lead a broad national effort to diplomaticly reject Dick Marty” report.

Pacolli at the top of this effort seeks to place “information campaign on the deep impunity of war crimes Serbia has committed in Kosovo”, Periscope follows.

Through a letter, I have asked Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama to lead a broad national effort to diplomaticly reject Dick Marty's report and jointly the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania to lead an informational and diplomatic campaign about the deep impunity of war crimes that Serbia has committed in Kosovo.

Dick Marty was the result of a Russian-sponsored deinformation and political campaign and Serbia to attack Kosovo and the KLA independence.

The act against President Thaci and others had not included any part of Dick Marty's report, so this report through a judicial institution has been rejected, and this shows that the report has been only a political tool from Russia and Serbia to attack Kosovo.

This requires a challenge from within the Council of Europe where Albania is a member of) where Dick Marty's report has emerged.

We need diplomatic action led by Albania, which would reject Dick Marty's forged report to the Council of Europe, but would also address the requirements for investigating war crimes that Serbia has committed in Kosovo, the most important hiding of missing persons' troops.

Our nation, our history, and our struggle for liberation and independence is under attack. Together and unified, we must respond.
We cannot accept that a Court established by the Kosovo Assembly offers amnesty to war crimes that Serbia committed in Kosovo and to change the historical confession of our country according to the opinion of Serbian prosecutors.
We have created institutions that have to deal with justice, but justice in The Hague is betraying the people of Kosovo, trying to grant amnesty of Serbian war crimes in Kosovo and is changing the position of the victim with the aggressor.

We can't tolerate this.
We have to act.
